South Raleigh Rental Home

Saturday – 11/11/23 – South Raleigh Rental Home

The air was cold, I didn’t want to get out of bed that day as it was the first sign of winter with many more 30 degree days to come in Wake County, NC. Steam came from my breathe as I loaded up my Santa Fe with my Portable Ninja, Filled up 20 Gallons worth of buckets and added my TMF Ultimate Fiber Rinse. Filled up the Pre-Spray backpack and we were ready to go.

I recently started to purchase Truckmount Forums products and I couldn’t be happier with their Black Label Pre-Spray and Ultimate Fiber Rinse. You see, when you’re using the best products on the market it is easy to feel confident when walking in a home that the job is going to come out fantastic for your customer. At least that’s how it is for me. Confidence is key in the cleaning industry as we are a “Dime a Dozen”.

Either way, it was time to go Ain’t no rest for the Wicked, Money don’t grow on trees. Cranked up the Hyundai Santa Fe and we were off.

I got to the home, the client had eggs cooking and we struck up a conversation about what we were cleaning. The floors were dark as they had lost their original coloring, the coffee/soda stains were everywhere and there was barely any fiber left on the carpet, you could almost see straight to the pad. I thought to myself… PERFECT. Some cleaners will go into a job thinking… “what did I get myself into” moping and grinding their teeth as they realize this isn’t going to be an easy job. As for me… I am the opposite I love a good challenge and a challenge it was!!! Challenge = opportunity, the dirtier the carpet the bigger the reward. Setting expectations that some of the paint/dye stains wouldn’t come out with our standard clean the client was fully aware and it was time to start.

Threw the Black Label Pre-Spray backpack over my back and we started pumping out pre-spray… You could see the dirt, grime and soil rise to the surface within 5 minutes of spraying… I was feeling good.

Pre spray is down, it was time for the ninja to shine.. She fired right up and after a few tugs of the trigger I felt the heat on the fiber rinse and we started cleaning.

After about 1.5 hours the job is done and here is a before and during photo:

Here is the Review she left and I can’t wait to clean their home again in 6 months!
